I would like to introduce myself as Architect Imran Shaikh, Director of our architectural firm in Pune under the name CUBIX ARCHITECTS ASSOCIATES. Our firm is one of the largest firms in Pune having an experience in designing and architecture of about 23 years. We are mainly involved in the designing of residential townships, hotels, IT buildings, institutional buildings and commercial complexes. Presently working on more than 50 million Sq.ft. of area in and around Pune city.

We have/are also working at Pan-India level in the cities like Srinagar, kargil (Jammu and Kashmir), Jaipur, Raipur, Karnal, Punjab, Nagpur, Kolkata, Chennai, Nasik, Lukhnow, Mangalore, Goa, Patna, Mumbai (MMRDA regions), Chandigarh, Dehradun, Ahmedabad, Lonavla-khandala, Aurangabad, Udpi, Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Africa, Nepal, Vizaz, Vijayawada etc. We are also the principal architects of one of the most talked about masjid in India “THE BABRI MASJID”, IN AYODHYA, UTTATR PRADESH.

Our designed project ‘KALASH’ by Kalyanee-Fortune Developers was selected as the best project designed in IT corridor category by SILICON INDIA awards in the year 2014-2015
Our designed project ‘BAVERIA MOTORS’ by Gagan Developer (owners of BMW cars showrooms) was selected as the best project designed in Automobile Category in the year 2011-2012
Our designed projects developed by Roshan Developers, XRBIA DEVELOPERS, SWARAA GROUP AND TOUCH WOOD DEVELOPERS were selected as the best projects in affordable housing category by the magazine “OUTLOOK MONEY” in October 2016.
We are also on the panel of many Schools, Religious Trusts and Social Organizations which are working on various aspects of humanity. We have our own foundation named HUMAN EMBRACE, under which these activities are conducted.
Our designed project developed by ‘GEMINI HOUSING” under the name ‘GRAND BAY”, in Manjari, on Pune Solapur Road, Pune, was selected as the best-selling project by NDTV INDIA in housing July 2017.
Received the prestigious “Most Promising Architecture Firm of the Year 2019” Maharashtra Award under “Residential Projects” Category for the year 2019 by National Architecture and Interior Design Excellence Awards 2019 held in JUNE 19, in TAJ WEST END, BANGALORE.

Received the prestigious “ARCHITECT OF THE YEAR 2020 IN THE CITY OF PUNE” Category for the year 2020 by 11th REALTY + CONCLAVE EXCELLENCE AWARDS, held at Hyatt Regency, Pune in February 2020.
Received the prestigious “AESA award” for the year 2020 by the Architects Engineers Surveyors Association (AESA), held at Hotel Ritz Carlton, Pune in March 2020, for the design of HOTEL NIRALI EXECUTIVE.
Our article and interview was published on a website of an Amsterdam, Netherlands based magazine under the name ‘FAILED ARCHITECTURE’, on a context of the mismanagement of the labor force and safety features in the construction industry.
Received the prestigious INTERNATIONAL ACHIEVERS AWARD in international peace and co-operation held in Dubai in the month of February 2020 by GLOBAL FORUM.
